MEET THE COD Workshop

 

"Meet the COD" is an introductory workshop in which we get familiar with the instrument and its basic use. We play, practice the work, have fun, and most important - feel the effect of the frequencies on our body.

The workshop is open to everyone. There is no need to be a therapist, healer, or a musician to work with the COD. The instrument allows direct access to the exact tones of your own body and therefore the music created is a reflection of your own internal energies at any given moment.

With the knowledge and research of Dr. Brennan and the healing/musical expertise of Hidai Liberman, every person can find within his/her self the possibilities for healing and growth aided by the direct touch of the different frequencies of which we are made.

 

COD HEALING Workshop

 

This unique workshop will go deeper into the healing method of the COD and will give tools to integrate the instrument and the “COD healing” exercises in various therapeutic practices. Open for healers, therapists, and COD facilitators.

COD Evolution   Workshop

​

"COD Evolution" is a full day transformational workshop, open for COD owners only. In this experiential gathering, we will explore the connection between our ability to express ourselves through the drum and our opportunity to evolve as human beings. We will further deepen our practical skills, our musicality, and our understanding of the Chakra system while working on our personal emotional, mental, physical, and energetic blockages. Together, we are invited to dive into the heart of the 'COD Healing' work, bringing our body, mind, emotions, and soul into alignment. Throughout this special day we will: - Learn more skills and techniques to better our playing - Learn and experience "COD healing" exercises - meditate and learn how to facilitate sound meditations - Move our bodies - express ourselves - open to the COD's unique potential in our personal life - Eat together shared meals - Enjoy, smile, laugh, cry, touch, rest, work, play.... "COD Evolution" workshop is limited to 16 CODies (COD owners) max. It is an intimate transformational experience designed to support each one's own personal growth.

 

 

SOUND HEALING  Experience

 

A COD based sound guided meditation. This sound experience is a calm, relaxing way to integrate and embody change and transformation. monthly COD sound showers are happening all over the world. contact us to join one close to you.

 

 

MOVING FREQUENCIES Experience

 

A unique experience of sound and movement, created to guide the conscious mind into surrendering to the intuitive flow of music and dance.

This trance personal journey integrates sound, conscious intention, and movement. by that, offering an extraordinary experience of personal work, relaxation, ecstasy, and release.

TRANCE DANCE  Experience

 

This experience is based on an ancient practice from Brazil. It involves a unique breathing technique that helps us evoke energy and life force. After the practice of the breath, we start moving, our eyes closed, to tribal drumming and ecstatic rhythms. In the dark, with no outside stimulation except the music, we get to awake hidden parts of our soul and allow it to surface. The "Trance dance" experience is both powerful and transformative. It is a total of 3 hours.

 

 

Private Session

 

With the right guidance, In a quiet and intimate space, it is possible to delve deeper into the true effects of the different frequencies on the human energy fields.

Through a series of exercises on the COD, we can release ourselves from all thoughts and beliefs about our own musical abilities and allow different music to come forth. This is a state of “intuitive playing” and it allows progress and change in different aspects of our life.

This process promotes a release in true personal creativity and is an exceptional experience.
